
Madrid, November 18, 2008. IE Business School has been ranked as the best business school in the 2008 Executive Education ranking published by the Latin American magazine América EconomÃa. IE is rated as the best school in the classification which excludes Latin American schools.
The ranking places IE as the 7th best business school for continuous education programs and in-company programs, and is regarded as the most valued school from Europe or the US that provides these programs to companies in the Latin American region.
The América EconomÃa report underscores the quality of the agreements held by the school in the region, with IE scoring 100 out of 100. In 2007 IE Business School ran executive education programs with 22 corporate clients in the Latin American region, showing the School to be one of the most active in the region. The key parameters of quality evaluated by América EconomÃa include the degree of internationalization of the school, the academic quality of the programs, the profile of the corporate clients, agreements with other institutions and the level of research.
